Veniamin V.Vityazev Oleg A.Titov Please provide any other information that you feel will be helpful in demonstrating your analysis center's capabilities to participate in the IVS. If you proposed to the IERS in 1995/6 as an analysis center and wish to have that proposal carry over to the IVS, please make such a statement in this proposal. From 1997 year Oleg Titov is responsible for upgrade and distribution of OCCAM package for VLBI data analysis. He has prepared version OCCAM 3.4 for scientific community. New version of OCCAM is under progress. Using the OCCAM Oleg Titov has adjusted a lot of observational VLBI data. He has been studying a motion of Ny-Alesund site on Svalbard archipelago, seasonal variations in baselengths, etc. During his activity in Institute of Applied Astronomy (IAA) Oleg Titov organized a service for preparation of the Earth Orientation Parameters (EOP) for IERS. In Ph.D. thesis Oleg Titov has developed a new approach for VLBI data adjustment - least squares collocation method (LSCM). It allows to obtain the variations of polar offset as well as UT1-UTC with high temporal resolution - one point per 3-7 minutes. Following the approach it is possible to study high-frequency variations in the EOP. Your signature on this form indicates your agreement to participate in the IVS as an Analysis Center and to work closely with the IVS Analysis Coordinator. If this is a new proposal (i.e. not carried over from IERS) your signature commits your organization to participate in the IVS.
