the global analysis you will perform. Indicate your specific analysis 
interests and describe how you select the data you analyze. 

Only the Key Stone Project VLBI experiments and K-4 VLBI experiments will be 
analyzed. The analysis will be done automatically and estimated site 
positions, correlated amplitudes of the observed sources and earth rotation 
parameters will be published.

use for analysis.

HP9000 model 715/100, model 745/50, model 730, model 705, model B132L+, 
and model J282.

CALC (current version : 8.1 and 8.2), vlbest (data analysis software 
developped by CRL), and SOLVE

We have been performing every-other-day VLBI experiments routinely with the 
Key Stone Project network and analyzing the data automatically. The results 
are placed on the publicly accessible WWW area and are continuously updated. 
If any problem is found in the data, the problem is reported to the station 
promptly.

If you proposed to the IERS in 1995/6 as an analysis center and wish to have 
that proposal carry over to the IVS, please make such a statement in this 
proposal. 

Final results will be made available promptly, but the raw databases may 
not be released to general public until the priority period of the principal 
investigators (PI) expires (typically 6 months).

Your signature on this form indicates your agreement to participate in the 
IVS as an Analysis Center and to work closely with the IVS Analysis 
Coordinator. If this is a new proposal (i.e. not carried over from IERS) 
your signature commits your organization to participate in the IVS.
