If applying as a Special Analysis Center, describe the special type(s) of
analysis you will perform. If applying as a Global Analysis Center, describe
the global analysis you will perform. Indicate your specific analysis
interests and describe how you select the data you analyze. 

       Global analysis of all geodetic Mark III/IV data for terrestrial
       reference frame and Earth orientation parameter solutions on an annual
       basis.

       Special analysis of VLBI data with emphasis on the data of the Europe
       and the IRIS-S programmes in conjunction with improvements of the
       analysis models and software.

perform and explain briefly how you will perform them:
    -  Provide timely feedback to stations by special analysis of
       FRNGE/fourfit correlator output and feedback to stations
    -  Produce solution with latest software releases and state-of-the-art
       analysis strategies, archiving on a routine basis on DDS data tapes and
       on storage media at data center, creation of results in SINEX and IERS
       formats, distribution of raw data and results to IVS Data Centers via
       computer network (WWW)
    -  Perform software development and documentation
    -  Compare products with other analysis centers and other techniques
    -  Adhere to IERS Conventions on the basis of available software and with
       local independent developments

If you proposed to the IERS in 1995/6 as an analysis center and wish to have
that proposal carry over to the IVS, please make such a statement in this
proposal. 

       We have been an analysis center for more than 8 years and plan to
       continue this task in the future. We wish to carry over our proposal to
       the IERS.

IVS as an Analysis Center and to work closely with the IVS Analysis
Coordinator. If this is a new proposal (i.e. not carried over from IERS) your
signature commits your organization to participate in the IVS.
