  Please provide any other information that you feel will be
  helpful in demonstrating the capabilities of your data center to
  participate in the IVS. 
  
  GeoDAF is working since 1995 as the primary data archiving
  facility for all the ASI GPS Fiducial Network Sites. It
  collects, archives and distributes RINEX files for the 
  stations of the Italian GPS Fiducial Network.
  It was designed to manage SLR and VLBI data too, even if these
  features were never fully exploited.
  
  The access is provided by ANONYMOUS FTP and by Web interface.
  A set of CGI scripts was developed to interface the archive to
  the users and to manage the file requests for off-line data.
  
  Currently the GPS data files are available on-line ready to
  transfer for 6 months and then they are put off-line on DATs.
  
  GeoDAF is completely free, but the users are encouraged to "register" 
  themselves by an on-line Web managed form. Up to September 3, 1998, the
  registered users are 181, mainly from Italy and other European countries.
  
  Your signature on this form indicates your agreement to
  participate in the IVS as a Data Center and to work closely
  with the IVS Coordinating Center. If this is a new proposal
  (i.e. not carried over from IERS) your signature commits your
  organization to participate in the IVS.
