Please provide any other information that you feel will be helpful in
demonstrating the capabilities of your data center to participate in the IVS. 
 
  The present proposal is made in the environment of the VLBI scientific
  analysis center at the Paris Observatory (OP) which was created in 1996
  and which is in parallel presenting a proposal in the frame of the IVS.
  We also have experiences of data collection, archiving and distribution  
  in the frame work of the Central Bureau of IERS.          

Your signature on this form indicates your agreement to participate in the IVS
as a Data Center and to work closely with the IVS Coordinating Center. If this
is a new proposal (i.e. not carried over from IERS) your signature commits
your organization to participate in the IVS.
