you provide them:

EUROPE
     Plan observing program:
              Arrange dates and start times in cooperation with European
              stations and IVS Coordinating Center
     Establish operating plans and procedures:
              Maintain and optimize procedures currently in use
     Support improved station performance:
              Establish quality control and develop suggestions for
              improvements from analysis of VLBI data
     Obtain correlator time:
              Within own contingent of correlator time at the joint astro/geo
              correlator at the Max-Planck-Institute for Radio Astronomy Bonn 
     Generate observing schedules:
              Newest release of SKED program
     Distribute observing schedules
              Via internet




IRIS-S
     Plan observing program:
              Arrange dates and start times in cooperation with participating
              stations and IVS Coordinating Center

Please provide any other information that you feel will be helpful in
demonstrating your operation center's capabilities to participate in the IVS.
If you proposed to the IERS in 1995/6 as a network operations center and wish
to have that proposal carry over to the IVS, please make such a statement in
this proposal. 
       We have been an operation center for the above programmes for more than
       8 years and plan to continue these tasks in the future. We wish to
       carry over our proposal to the IERS

Your signature on this form indicates your agreement to participate in the
IVS as an Operation Center and to cooperate with and follow guidelines from
the IVS Coordinating Center. If this is a new proposal (i.e. not carried over
from IERS) your signature commits your organization to participate in the
IVS.
