  Describe your primary activities in VLBI technology development. 
     Operation of a microwave radiometer for studies of the wet propagation 
         delay.
     A new S/X-feed using two feed reflectors and a dual frequency corrugated 
         horn is being developed.
     The colocation of the Onslala IGS site is used to study common error 
         sources in VLBI and GPS.
  
  Describe any planned facility upgrades.
  We have proposed funding for an installation of an absolute gravimeter 
    in order to study postglacial rebound as well as loading effects 
    caused by the oceans and atmosphere.
  
  A second microwave radiometer with more narrow beam widths is being built.

            Design new hardware: The second radiometer (mentioned above) 
       will be used for absolute comparisons as well as studies of the 
       small scale structure in the wet delay.
       
            Investigate new equipment: We will continuously investigate 
       the stability of the 20 m telescope concrete foundation using 
       temperature sensors and invar rod measurements.
            
       Develop new software: No plans for the moment
  
       Generate new information systems: No plans for the moment
  
       Develop, test, and document prototypes: No plans for the moment
  
       Assist with new technology deployment, installation, and training: 
       No plans for the moment
  
       Provide maintenance functions: No plans for the moment
