Explain briefly how you propose to perform each of the following duties of the
Analysis Coordinator:
     Stimulate VLBI product development and delivery
     Foster comparisons of results
     Encourage analysis software documentation
     Monitor IVS Analysis Center products for quality and standards
     Ensure product archiving and availability
     Form the official IVS products

Describe how you propose to do each of the following:
     Coordinate the IVS analysis activities
     Work with the geodetic and astronomical communities
     Promote the use of VLBI products to the broader scientific community
     Work closely with the IVS Coordinating Center and with the IERS

Please provide any other information that you feel will be helpful in
demonstrating your capabilities to participate in the IVS as its Analysis
Coordinator.

Will the proposed Analysis Coordinator be able to attend the
initial IVS Directing Board meeting at Wettzell on 11 February 1999?

proposed Analysis Coordinator, committing himself/herself to participate in
the IVS as the Analysis Coordinator, to support the IVS Analysis Centers, and
