Explain briefly how you propose to perform each of the following duties of the
Network Coordinator:
     Stimulate maintenance of high quality in station operation and
        data delivery
     Monitor adherence to operations standards
     Participate in quality control of data acquisition
     Track data quality and data flow

Describe how you propose to do each of the following:
     Coordinate the IVS network stations
     Work with the geodetic and astronomical communities
     Work closely with the IVS Coordinating Center 

Please provide any other information that you feel will be helpful in
demonstrating your capabilities to participate in the IVS as its Network
Coordinator.

Please attach a resume for the proposed Network Coordinator.

This form should be signed by an official committing the organization to
sponsor the IVS Network Coordinator. This form should also be signed by the
proposed Network Coordinator, committing himself/herself to participate in the
IVS as the Network Coordinator, to support the IVS Network Stations, and to
work closely with the IVS Coordinating Center.
