2005 December 16 The final schedule and program for the General Meeting were posted for review.
2005 December 05 The Call for 2005 Annual Report was posted.
2005 November 25 The December issue of the IVS Newsletter was posted on the web site and the print version was sent to the IVS mailing list. The main feature in this issue is about Nancy Vandenberg retiring as IVS Coordinating Center Director. The newsletter shipment also contains a printed copy of the VLBI2010 report.
2005 November 22 A web page for the newly established VLBI2010 Committee was added. The primary function of the VLBI2010 Committee is to promote and guide research into the improvement of the "technique" of geodetic VLBI.
2005 November 10 The Draft 2006 master schedule was posted. This is a draft schedule because the participation by stations has not been confirmed yet.
2005 October 21 Notes from the 14th Directing Board meeting were posted.
2005 September 21 The Working Group 3 Final Report "VLBI2010: Current and Future Requirements for Geodetic VLBI Systems" was posted. WG3 examined current and future requirements for geodetic VLBI systems, including all components from antenna to analysis.
2005 August 26 A memo was posted on the MIT Haystack web site on a recently found power supply problem with some Mark 5A units. The problem occurs with older Mark 5A units when they are loaded with disk modules populated with Maxtor or Seagate disks.
2005 August 15 The August issue of the IVS Newsletter was posted on the web site and the print version was sent to the IVS mailing list. The main feature in this issue is about the Network Station Kokee Park.
2005 June 27 The web page for the Continuous VLBI Campaign 2005 (CONT05) has been populated. This web page will undergo frequent updates as the planning of the CONT05 campaign progresses.
2005 June 22 The paper version of Issue 11 of the IVS Newsletter was mailed out. The 2004 Annual Report is currently being printed and will then be mailed out. The delay was caused by a new publication printing approval process and budgetary problems at NASA.
2005 June 1 Notes from the 13th Directing Board meeting were posted.
2005 May 23 A link was added to the initial page for the fourth General Meeting, to be held during the week of February 9-13, 2006.
2005 May 5 A link to the Journees 2005 "Earth dynamics and reference systems: five years after the adoption of the IAU 2000 Resolutions" was added on the Meetings Links page.
2005 April 7 The 2004 Annual Report was posted on the web site today.
2005 April 5 The April 2005 issue of the IVS Newsletter was posted on the web site today.
2005 March 17 The registration for the 2005 Technical Operations Workshop (TOW) has opened. The intended audience is the technical staff of the stations. Please register by April 9, 2005.
2005 February 7 The results of the 2004 IVS Directing Board elections were incorporated into the Directing Board page. The newly elected members are: Arthur Niell, Bill Petrachenko, Yasuhiro Koyama, Zinovy Malkin, and Franco Montovani.
