The following related files are of relevance for the observing program:

• Master file format definition master-format.txt: This file describes describes the contents of each field in the master files.
• Media key media-key.txt: This file describes the media field found in the "mediamaster" file. The media master was started in 2004 to provide information about which type of media will be used in each session.
• Network Staton codes ns-codes.txt : This control file has the Network Station 8-letter name, 2-letter code, CDP number, and DOMES number.
• Session code prefixes prefixlist.txt: This file has a list of the prefixes used for sessions in all the master files. The list may be used to help identify different types of sessions.
