2009 April 8	The class selection for the 2009 Technical Operations Workshop (TOW) has opened. Only pre-registered participants can sign up for classes. Deadline for class sign-up is April 17, 2009.
2009 March 11	The Web version of the Proceedings from the 2008 General Meeting held in St. Petersburg, Russia, is now available. Included is a PDF file of the entire Proceedings volume with bookmark navigation capability (~41 MB).
