Workshop (TOW) will be held May 9-13, 2011 at Haystack Observatory. The meeting will

Since March 15 TIGO
is back in observing IVS sessions. The Bonn correlator saw first fringes of
the R1422 session (March 15/16) to TIGO. Special TIGO quake three-hour sessions
augment the normal IVS observing plan.
